Happy Valentines Day!
We had a great one around here. Baby girl wore a heart outfit and had to suffer through getting her picture taken a hundred times. She was a good sport and even smiled for a few of them. I iced some heart shaped sugar cookies durring her morning nap, and only ate a couple [haha]. We even got out of the house to go visit some friends.
When Dad came home he surprised us each with a red rose (and a kiss or two). We sure are lucky to have such a wonderful valentine. Jordan and I had a 'romantic' dinner of grilled chicken sandwiches from Tim Hortons (Partly for tradition, and partly because I was too lazy to cook anything, Ha!), and some homemade french fries. Odd I know, but so yummy. Dinner was rushed by a hungry baby. Guess she wanted in on the fun too! We tried to get a family photo, but they all ended up awkward and funny looking. Its hard to get a good picture with a camera balanced on containers, and a floppy baby who keeps looking towards the light coming from the window. We ended up getting a half decent one (as seen below), just ignore my messy hair and frumpy-ness.. although you probably didn't notice until i pointed it out. Oh well. .
Love ya!
