"I'm Six Weeks Old!"
Dear Baby Girl,
I can't believe you are already six weeks old!The past six weeks have been full of ups and downs, and have taken quite the adjustment. But let me tell you, it has been SO worth it. I have the best job in the world. You bring me so much joy every day with your smiles and "koos". I almost cried when I packed away most of your 0-3 month clothes yesterday, how can you be so big already? You don't seem to be getting any chubbier, but you sure are getting long! Your eyes are still dark blue/gray, but im pretty sure they are starting to change to brown. How can I be sure really? Im so anxious to see what your eyes will look like. Your eyelashes are getting so long and curly, and your cheeks so kissably chubby. I like to think that you got your good looks from me (like what your outfit today says), but most people say you look just like your daddy. You have started to be interested in a few toys, and its exciting to see you grab at them and keep yourself entertained. Gas still seems to be your struggle right now, which means lots of bouncing and side holding, especially at night time. Usually you still sleep from 12am-5am straight, and mommy loves it when you do. Thank you for coming to join our family and bringing so much happiness with you. Your spirit is so sweet and Im so excited to get to know you better as you grow. Love you lots!

She is so gorgeous! And I can see a lot of you in her. She's a great mix of both of you though :)

There are times when I see my little baby from 21 years ago in her face. Takes me back to there for an instant. So I know you are in her features too. If you think you love her now... wait until you see her give birth and be a mom.. Your love for her will swell until you think you will burst. Just saying... I've had some experience with that now.
And YUP... purple is definately her color. I'm all for that. My favorite too.
