Last week my Sister-in-law, Chelsa, helped me refinish a dresser into a TV stand for my living room. I am just so pleased with it, I can't help but share.
BEFORE:
The doors are not the originals, and were quite bulky on the dresser. We cut and sanded down the doors to fit into dresser like we think the originals did. We also cut a few inches off of the legs and took off the wheels to make it a better height. We painted the outside white, the inside grey, and distressed it.
AFTER:
I really couldn't have done any of this without Chelsa. She is the master re-finisher, and I definitely wouldn't have had the energy to do it on my own. That was a LOT of dark wood to paint!
