Last weekend we celebrated E's first birthday at my parents home. It was a small affair, with yummy cupcakes. It was the first time that she had that much sugar all at once, and ended up staying up way past her bedtime, and not sleeping well -to hyped up! Anyways, here are some photos of her devouring the cupcake.

 Daddy helped blow out the candle. I was pleasantly surprised she didn't touch the flame! 

I don't remember why she was scowling, but this is a new facial expression that pops up way too often. Oh man am I going to be in trouble.. haha

I can't believe my baby is one! Where did the last year go?
